What do we do
As an individual you will be working under our leadership in a group of people you probably don't know. We work together with questions from the participants with the system: Family Constellations. This is a method, founded by a Bert Hellinger, a German priest and family counselor.

Family Constellations
A Family Constellation is an effective and healing way to examine the unconscious patterns in our family of origin. Here you will find answers to the question of what influences us (un)consciously in daily life and why we sometimes do not feel good about ourselves or seem to fail to achieve our goals. During a Family Constellation, under the guidance of a psychologist, coach or therapist, you look at people and events within your family system that are connected and have influenced the past but also influence the present and the future.

Experience the healing power of Family Constellations guided by the expert hands of Maries Ligtvoet and Jan Busschers from the Netherlands. With 30 years of expertise, they have empowered countless individuals to release the burdens of the past, guiding them towards freedom and self-realization.

The Training "Free Yourself" is a part of the Retreat Personal Breakthrough which will be held from 13th to 19th of October 2024 in the Casa Rural Nacimiento (Nacimiento surprisingly meaning birth/new beginning), which is located in the Sierra Cabrera in Spain.

Maries:

When Maries experienced the technique of ‘Family Constellations’ for the first time, she was thrilled. Maries followed many training courses and learning paths in this area and she devoured all the books that could be found on the subject. She soon combined this with Neuro Emotional Integration (NEI), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Energetic bodywork, Inner Child work, Chineng QiGong, Reiki and her background as a child psychologist. As a Reiki Master and healer, Maries combines all her skills with her high sensitivity.

Jan

When Jan experienced Constellations for the first time he didn't understand what had happened! After one evening full of experiences he was totally convinced of the practical use of this method for freeing individuals, relationships and improving organisations.

At that time Jan was both advising and supervising major renovation and building projects throughout Holland. The long days away from home were becoming increasingly difficult to combine with family life, he started his own consultancy company, focused on change management for people and organizations. Later he also became an Neuro Linguistic Programmer (NLP-Master) and studied Coaching & Counseling. After his experiences with Constellations, Jan embraced this conciousness and with Maries he founded Ynnergy Training & Coaching.
